QUESTIONS
Before you buy
How fast do Credits arrive?
Usually within a few seconds of payment clearing. Delivery runs a live command against the server, so you need to be online to catch it. If you're offline, the order sits in the queue and lands the moment you next log in.
I typed my username wrong. Now what?
Message us in Discord with your order reference (the GT-XXXXXXXX code on your receipt) and the correct username. We'll re-target the delivery. Nothing is lost, it just needs a human.
Is this pay-to-win?
Credits buy convenience and cosmetics: boosters, keys, crate rolls, hats, chat colours. They speed up the grind, they don't replace it, and no purchase unlocks anything a determined free player can't earn.
Do Credits expire or wipe?
Credits don't expire. If a season wipe is announced, Credits carry across — the announcement in Discord will always spell out exactly what carries and what resets before it happens.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the Credits are unspent. Once they've been spent in game we can't reverse it. Chargebacks without talking to us first get the account blocked from the store.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card data never touches our server — Stripe handles the entire payment. We store your username, the pack you bought and the order reference. That's it.
